A massive fire erupted in an oil tank located in the Tsimlyansky district of Russia’s southern Rostov region, following what is believed to be a Ukrainian drone strike.
According to regional Governor Vasily Golubev’s statement on Telegram, the fire engulfed the 200-square-meter tank and raged for over six hours before firefighters successfully extinguished it.
This attack is part of a surge in Ukrainian aerial assaults on Russian territory in recent months, primarily targeting oil refineries and depots, according to the Associated Press.
