The Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo will host “Solar Show MENA”, the most prominent event in the field of solar energy in North Africa, during the 29th and 30th of May.

The exhibition is expected to attract more than 5,000 visitors from around the world, and aims to accelerate the transition towards a sustainable future for solar energy in the Middle East and North Africa region, while enhancing communication and cooperation between players in this sector.

Representatives of the most important Egyptian government agencies are participating in the exhibition, including the Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy, the Egyptian Electricity Holding Company, the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company, the New and Renewable Energy Authority, the Ministry of Planning, and the Ministry of Military Production. This provides valuable opportunities to develop relationships and exchange experiences.

The exhibition space gives visitors the opportunity to explore the latest solutions and innovations that are leading the transformation in the solar energy sector, with the participation of more than 150 local and international entities and brands.

The list of exhibitors includes major companies in the sector such as: SUNGROW Power Supply, LONGI Solar Technology, Huawei, Suntech, AESOLAR, Astroenergy, Beneshty, Solar Space Power, in addition to developers and providers of photovoltaic energy systems, operations and maintenance specialists, and engineering, procurement and construction contractors.

The event includes a multi-disciplinary conference hosting more than 150 expert speakers discussing diverse topics, ranging from energy alternatives, technological advances and solar energy integration.

Among the prominent speakers are: Iman Abdel Khaleq, Nidal Abdallah, Amr Abdallah, Mona Abdel Aziz Ismail, Nermin Abdel Jalil Muhammad, and Yasser Abdel Hadi, who will provide valuable insights into the future of sustainable energy and sustainable architecture.
