PVH Middle East announced a strategic cooperation with Green Sources Investment (GSI) and Alternative Energy Projects (AEPCo).
According to this partnership, PVH will supply AxoneDuoInfinity advanced solar trackers with a capacity of 100 MW to solar PV projects in Jordan and Kuwait.
This development is a milestone in PVH’s expansion and confirms its leadership in the solar energy industry in the region.
These projects represent a joint effort towards developing renewable energy and enhancing the commitment of all parties concerned to sustainable energy operations, by providing the latest solar tracking devices; PVH plays a critical role in ensuring the success and efficiency of these solar initiatives.
Surmay Kaushik, Vice President of Sales at PVH Middle East, expressed the company’s enthusiasm for this cooperation, saying: “We are very pleased to cooperate with Green Sources Investment and Alternative Energy Projects Co. on this important project, noting that this partnership strengthens PVH’s position as a leader in The field of suppliers of solar tracking devices in the region, and enabling it to reach new markets.”
Jordan is scheduled to begin construction work in July, and the project will begin operating at full capacity by the fourth quarter of 2025, with a capacity of 100 megawatts.
This project will generate enough renewable energy to power more than 20,000 homes, and will help Jordan achieve its goal of generating 50% of its electricity needs from renewable sources by 2030.
